  • 1 (13.5 ounce) can full-fat coconut milk, chilled
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar, or to taste
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 4 cups ice cubes
  • For garnish: shredded coconut, lemon slices, fresh mint sprigs

Instructions

  1. Combine the lemon juice, chilled coconut milk, granulated sugar, and cold water in a high-speed blender.
  2. Add the ice cubes to the blender.
  3. Blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and has a slushy, creamy consistency. If needed, stop and scrape down the sides of the blender to ensure all ingredients are incorporated.
  4. If desired, moisten the rims of your serving glasses with a lemon wedge and dip them into shredded coconut for a decorative edge.
  5. Pour the creamy frozen coconut lemonade into the prepared glasses.
  6. Garnish each serving with a lemon slice and a fresh mint sprig before serving immediately.

Notes

Adjust the amount of sugar to suit your personal preference for sweetness.

For an extra thick consistency, reduce the amount of water slightly or add a few more ice cubes.

Chilling the full-fat coconut milk beforehand helps achieve a creamier texture.
